Autek Industri was established in 1985 by Ove Albertsen. Autek Industri is owned by Albertsen Teknik A/S (ALTEK) who produced wheel alignment systems for HPA from 1976 until 1985. Founder of ALTEK as well as for Autek Industri is, Mr. Ove Albertsen. Mr. Albertsen decided in 1985 to develop and promote a product-line of the name, OPTO-PLUS. Many years of know-how created a wide range of wheel aligners , which are sold successfully throughout the world.

Limited company: All shares are owned by the Albertsen family. Managing director is Jens Ove Albertsen.
